Boen Bags 50th Career NCRA Late Model Victory

Mayetta, Kansas (July 24, 2010) - Four-time champion and current series points leader Kelly Boen of Henderson, Colorado reached a milestone with the O’Reilly/NCRA late model division has he notched his 50th career series victory as the series made their third ever appearance at Thunder Hill Speedway in Mayetta, Kansas on Saturday night in a rain shortened affair.

Berck Flies at Eagle in NCRA Late Model Action

 

Eagle, Nebraska (July 23, 2010) - Two time and defending series champion Kyle Berck solidly worked through a strong field of competitors to notch his first victory of the season as the O’Reilly/NCRA late model division made a stop at Eagle Raceway in Eagle, Nebraska during “Rumble in the Bullring” on Friday night.

Eckrich Claims NCRA Late Model Nationals at Mid-Nebraska 

  Doniphan, Nebraska (July 17, 2010) - Denny Eckrich of Tiffin, Iowa took advantage of a late race restart and after executing a daring move at the top of turns one and two, took the lead and held on to win the O’Reilly Auto Parts/National Championship Racing Association late model nationals finale at Mid-Nebraska Speedway in Doniphan, Nebraska on Saturday night.

Simpson Outduels Phillips for Late Model Win at Adams County     

Corning, Iowa (July 3, 2010) - Chad Simpson led all 30 laps to capture the $3,000 to win 30-lap O'Reilly NCRA Late Model Series feature at Adams County Speedway on Saturday. Terry Phillips, who won Friday night at I-80 Speedway started on the pole for settled for second. Travis Dickes, Jason Utter and Kelly Boen rounded out the top five.

Greenwood, Nebraska (July 2, 2010) - Terry Phillips of Springfield, Missouri was the class of the field as he took the lead with six laps remaining and never looked back to win his second O'Reilly/NCRA late model feature of the season on Friday night at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Nebraska. The race was a co-sanctioned affair with the Lucas Oil MLRA and the MARS DirtCar series.

Boen Dominates in MARS/NCRA Belleville Run


Belleville, Kansas (June 6, 2010)
- Four-time O’Reilly/NCRA late model champion Kelly Boen of Henderson, Colorado started on the outside front row, quickly took the lead and never looked back as he dominated the rest of the field to win the O’Reilly/NCRA and MARS DIRTCar series feature finale Sunday night at the Belleville High Banks in Belleville, Kansas.

Anderson Pockets $10k in NCRA Sunflower State Showdown

   

Jetmore, Kansas (June 6, 2010) - In perhaps the biggest victory of his career, Omaha, Nebraska’s John Anderson took the lead with three laps remaining to take the first annual “Sunflower State Showdown” for late models at the Great American Dirt Track in Jetmore, Kansas Saturday night and earn a healthy $10,000 for the victory. The race was a three series co-sanctioned event with the O’Reilly National Championship Racing Association, MARS DIRTCar series and CLMA DIRTCar series.

Payne Holds off Turner in NCRA Sunflower State Showdown Opener

 

Jetmore, Kansas (June 4, 2010) - Jeremy Payne of Springfield, Missouri held off race long challenges from Eric Turner to win the twenty lap O'Reilly/NCRA late model feature finale Friday night on the first night of the 1st annual "Sunflower State Showdown" at the Great American Dirt Track in Jetmore, Kansas. The race was a co-sanctioned event with the MARS DIRTCar and CLMA DIRTCar series.

Alphabet Soup to Boen in NCRA Late Models

 

Greenwood, Nebraska (May 30, 2010) - Former series champion Kelly Boen has done just about won everything possible when it comes to the O’Reilly/NCRA late model division. However, one race that had eluded him was the annual Alphabet Soup. You can now cross out that race on his “to do” list as the Henderson, Colorado driver took the victory Sunday night at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Nebraska. The race was also a co-sanctioned affair with the Lucas Oil MLRA.

Boen Masters NCRA Late Model Go at Mid-Nebraska
   

Doniphan, Nebraska (May 29, 2010) - Four-time series champion Kelly Boen of Henderson, Colorado came back to a familiar car, familiar surroundings and familiar end result as he took the lead early and dominated the O’Reilly/NCRA late model feature finale at Mid-Nebraska Speedway in Doniphan, Nebraska Friday night.

The all-time division leader in feature victories started on the front row but it was fellow outside front row starter Kyle Berck of Marquette, Nebraska taking the lead as the green flag fell. Berck, the defending series champion, led the first three laps before Boen got a run underneath Berck and his Dorothy Lynch sponsored Lazer chassis in turn two to take the lead.

Turner Tames MARS/NCRA at Brill
       

Meeker, Oklahoma  (May 8, 2010) - “The car was set up perfectly; all I had to do was drive it.” Those were the words of Hermitage, Missouri’s Eric Turner as he took the lead on lap ten and never looked back to take the third race of the “Showdown in the Heartland II” featuring the O’Reilly National Championship Racing Association and MARS DIRTCar series late model divisions Saturday night at Brill Motor Speedway in Meeker, Oklahoma.

Boen Wins at Creek County Speedway
       

Kellyville, Oklahoma (May 7, 2010) - Kelly Boen of Henderson, Colorado drove off the pole and led all 30 laps to win the O'Reilly National Championship Racing Association MARS Dirt Car Series Late Model main event Friday at Creek County Speedway. The four-time NCRA champion earned $2,500 for his victory over a 24-car starting field.

Phillips Wins NCRA/MARS Showdown II Opener
